The 'Remember my password' facility is to allow users to go directly into their subscription without having to enter a name and password each time.

If you use the 'remember my password' for a service, you cannot use the same name and password on another PC for a different service, i.e. it is PC specific.

How to activate the 'Remember my password'

From the Butterworths Services page, underneath the User Name and Password boxes there is a check box asking to 'Remember my password'.

Once this check box is clicked on you will not have to enter his subscription again for any service that you subscribe to, but remember you cannot enter this name and password on any other PC whilst it is activated here.

'Remember my password' will remain until the 'forget my password' is activated. This is situated on the Butterworths Services page and will only be shown if the 'remember my password' is activated.

Once this icon is clicked the following screen should appear, and once the 'forget password' icon is clicked the relevant information is removed from the PC and the 'remember my password' facility can be activated on another PC.
